Limp was born out of something deeply personal the understanding of how heavy mental health struggles can feel when carried alone.
So often, social media promises connection but leaves us emptier than before. We scroll, we “like,” we watch but we don’t always feel seen. What if there was a place built for something different? A place where you don’t have to pretend, where your story matters, and where connection is about healing, not performance.
That’s why Limp exists. It’s not just an app it’s a lifeline. A safe space for the moments when speaking up feels impossible, and for the days when you simply need to know you’re not the only one.
This mission comes from lived experience from watching people we love struggle in silence, and from facing those same battles ourselves. We know the ache of wanting to be heard but feeling like there’s nowhere safe to turn. Limp is our answer to that ache.
Here, you’re not just another user. You’re a human being with a story worth sharing, and you deserve a community that will listen, support, and stand with you.
Because nobody should have to go through it alone.
